Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was forced to leave Thursday's preseason game in Seattle after being pulled down from behind by Cliff Avril.
Romo appeared to hurt his back on the Cowboys' third play but was able to leave the field without any assistance. He was willing to go back into the game, but after being evaluated on the sidelines and throwing a few passes, head coach Jason Garrett decided to pull his star QB.
Romo has only thrown six passes and played in two of the Dallas' three preseason games. The Cowboys wrap up their exhibition slate on Thursday hosting the Texans.
