(WEND) Allegedly Cam Newton threw a few too many parties in a Beverly Hills mansion he rented after the Super Bowl and caused almost $100,000 in damages, according to a lawsuit filed by Stacy Keibler's husband, Jared Pobre.
Pobre manages the home rental company that let Newton rent the $11 million house for 61 days.
The lawsuit claims Newton paid $123,000 to rent the house for 61 days and agreed to a few stipulations like no parties, smoking or more than eight guests.
Unfortunately, the housekeeper was watching and told the rental company what went down - throwing multiple parties and leaving cigarette ashes all over the house.
Some of the damages from his 2-month stay include a broken fridge, water damage to floors, ruined linens and a trashed $32,000 rug.
