Bucs Sink Panthers On Kick As Time Expires

Roberto Aguayo connected on a 38-yard field goal as time expired to give the Buccaneers a 17-14 win over the Panthers on "Monday Night Football" in Charlotte.

The controversial second-round pick was 3-for-5 on the night.  Tampa Bay's defense forced four turnovers, including two interceptions of Carolina quarterback Derek Anderson, who started for the concussed Cam Newton.  Jameis Winston threw 219 yards and found Mike Evans for a touchdown, helping the Bucs improve to 2-and-3.  The defending NFC Champion Panthers have fallen to 1-and-4.  Anderson completed 18-of-28 passes for 278 yards and no TDs.  Most of the yardage was on Greg Olsen's nine receptions for 181 yards.
