If your New Year's resolution is weighing heavy on you about now, you're not alone.
According to data from Swarm and Foursquare, the first Thursday in February, which is today, is the first day of the year when more people check in at fast food restaurants than at gyms.
It is all downhill from here too. In fact, the second Friday in February, which this year is the 9th, is known as the Fatty Solstice because typically it's the biggest day for fast food visits in the first few months of the year.
From here on, the fast food restaurants are more popular than gyms for the rest of the year.
