Soon Chief Wahoo may not be welcome inside Toronto's Rogers Centre. The Toronto Star reports a ban on the Cleveland Indians' mascot is moving forward in Ontario's Human Rights Tribunal. The lawsuit claims the Cleveland Indians team name and Chief Wahoo logo is discriminatory. The lawsuit seeks to ban the team's name and chief Wahoo logo on uniforms while the Indians are visiting the Rogers Centre.
Major League Baseball says it's talked with the Indians about transitioning away from the use of Chief Wahoo.
