Kasparov Returning For Chess Competition

Chess legend Garry Kasparov is coming out of retirement for a tournament today in St. Louis.  The 54-year-old Russian has agreed to play in the Rapid and Blitz tournament, 12 years after his last competition. Kasparov became the youngest chess champion in the world back in 1985.  After being away from the game so long, Kasparov joked about his chances.

He tweeted: "Looks like I'm going to raise the average age of the field and lower the average rating!"
