A published report says former New York Met Lenny Dykstra is once again the subject of controversy. The embattled former baseball player, who served prison time for bankruptcy fraud, allegedly trashed a room at the Hotel ZE in Southampton over the weekend, according to "The New York Post." The paper says guests complained to the hotel owner on Saturday about noise and marijuana smoke emanating from Dykstra's $1,500 a night room. Dykstra strongly denies the accusations.
The owner tells "Page 6" that Dykstra and a female friend ordered extra towels and ice every few hours and that there were no sheets, pillow cases or towels left in the room after the pair checked out.
