A 94-year-old Houston Astros fan is getting his dream of a lifetime. He's going to the World Series. Jesús Garza of Corpus Christi found out Wednesday that a Pennsylvania man with ties to South Texas was sending Garza to the series. Ben Soltero De Martín says he decided to give away the tickets after he saw a story on a local TV station showing Garza cheering on the Astros against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Garza's daughter Linda Benavides posted video of her Astros fan father on Facebook.
With the Series tied 1-1, Game 3 of the Astros and Dodgers is scheduled for 8:09-p.m. eastern time tonight at Minute Maid Park in Houston.
