Houston police made a potentially disturbing arrest overnight, one that led to the discovery of a small arsenal and lots of ammunition in a hotel room. The incident began when security at the Hyatt Regency called police about 1:30am for help dealing with an unruly, intoxicated man at the hotel bar, reports Click2Houston.
When officers arrived, they eventually found an AR-15, a shotgun, a handgun, and plenty of ammo in the man's room, police said. Why he had such a stash remains unclear. "He's intoxicated so they won't be able to interview him till he's sobered up a bit," said Lt. Gordon MacIntosh, per the Houston Chronicle.
