No Further Delay In Virginia Legislative Tie-Breaker

The balance of power in the Virginia House of Delegates will be up to the luck of the draw.  A panel of judges denied a request Wednesday from Democrat Shelly Simonds to review the decision that declared a tie with Republican David Yancey.  Elections officials are set to hold the random drawing today in Newport News.  The balance of power in the state house rides on the outcome.

Republicans will keep their 51-seat majority if Yancey wins.
