Colorado Senator Unhappy With Federal Pot Crackdown

A Colorado senator is vowing to block nominations to the Justice Department over Attorney General Jeff Sessions' call for tougher marijuana rules.  Republican Cory Gardner fired off a series of tweets yesterday criticizing Sessions for changing his stance on the issue.  In one tweet, Gardner said "the Justice Department has trampled on the will of the voters in Colorado and other states."  The senator says he'll take all steps necessary to oppose the decision.

Gardner says he plans to hold up Justice Department nominees until Sessions lives up to his commitment he made last year.
