Trump Lashes Out At Critics Questioning His Mental Stability

President Trump is defending his mental stability on Twitter.  In a series of tweets this morning, the President rejected the accusation that he is unfit for office. A new book, Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, offers a critical look into Trump's first year in office has suggest that he is unfit to be president.

In a tweet this morning, Trump suggested the accusation is a product of the Democrats and the "Fake News Mainstream Media," who are "taking out the old Ronald Reagan playbook and screaming mental stability."

Now that Russian collusion, after one year of intense study, has proven to be a total hoax on the American public, the Democrats and their lapdogs, the Fake News Mainstream Media, are taking out the old Ronald Reagan playbook and screaming mental stability and intelligence.....

Trump then tweeted that his two greatest assets have always been mental stability and "being, like, really smart."

....Actually, throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. Crooked Hillary Clinton also played these cards very hard and, as everyone knows, went down in flames. I went from VERY successful businessman, to top T.V. Star.....

In a third tweet, Trump characterized himself as "a very stable genius."

....to President of the United States (on my first try). I think that would qualify as not smart, but genius....and a very stable genius at that!
