Vice President Mike Pence will visit the Middle East later this month. Pence will make stops in Egypt, Israel, and Jordan January 19th through the 23rd. While in Israel Pence will meet jointly with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Reuven Rivlin and address Israel's legislature. He'll also visit the Western Wall and Israel's official memorial to the victims of the Holocaust. In Egypt he'll meet with President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi and will also meet with King Abdullah the II in Jordan.
Palestinian leaders are refusing to meet with Pence following the recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital by the U.S. last month.
