The cleanup from a deadly mudslide in California's Santa Barbara County is underway. Homeowners in Montecito are being let back in to the area. They say the mud is like concrete. Officials say the slide last week killed 20 people. There are still 4 people missing, including a 2-year-old girl. The 101 freeway remains closed as well, with several feet of mud and debris on top of it.
It's unclear when the road will reopen.
