During testing of the what/where preview pages, excessive items have been observed on numerous websites.

Example 1:

Channel 93.3 - Colorado Alternative

As of this morning, https://content.radioedit.iheart.com/content/61e97ac906af13f0594f9259 was appearing there, but none of the tags on that article are relevant to this alternative-formatted station.

Example 2:

Elvis Duran and the Morning Show - We're your morning show family! Love all, serve all.

As of this afternoon, https://content.radioedit.iheart.com/content/61e99504dedcf770b01d291a was appearing there, but none of the tags on that article are relevant to this station.

Both of these have collections/iheartradio-music-newsapplied; my initial hunch is that we could be using that in conjunction with facets/All Sites English, when from a practical perspective, we’d just want that to have brands/iHeartRadio.

I’d like to determine why compatibility layer is letting these through and adjust (since stations seeing an on-point content mix on the preview pages is key to getting buy-in), and make sure that the migration scripts also account for this.
